As of today Dec 7, India got the update of One UI 6 for Galaxy A53 and for Pakistan I predict 12-13 Dec. 

Maybe, we might receive update Tomorrow but the probability is low.

Let's see. Will my prediction comes out correct or not? 12-13 Dec.

Ap samfw website sa download kar sakta ha and ussa flash kara Odin Software sa matlab Odin Software ko use karna ka liya apko PC ya laptop ki zaroorat hogy and Mana Beta Install kiya tha iss tarah but India ka ha toh Islamic apps ki notifications shayad nhi ati ha and waha ka lihaz sa kuch apps install huwa hota ha.

Yes, as from few months Afghanistan gets the update 1 day before Pakistan does.
