Notifications settings problem

I am facing problem that I have off the "suggest actions and replies for notifications " but it is again showing actions and replies when a notification comes.

Sometimes these are driven by "Android System Intelligence" rather than standard notification settings. You can try this deeper fix
Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > More security and privacy.Tap Android System Intelligence.Select Keyboard and turn off Smart replies. Hopefully it will help
