Need help battery draining too fast |A30

Need some suggestions on battery as my a30 battery is not performing like a 4000mah.it hardly completes a day on normal usage.

Battery settings on medium.

Turn off fast charging option already tried.

Go To device maintenance and put some apps on always power saving

But never put social apps like whatsapp fb messenger or other app plus playstore and internet because it will stop them working in background

I think after updates it drains more battery.

i think the issue is with the settings somehow.
