My US model S24+ doesn't have call recording. Hijri calendar is available in phones bought from Gulf countries.

All models have call recording option, but when we insert sim, these option disappear for country sims in which call recording is banned like Pakistan.

Even if you reset Samsung PKD /PAK model, before inserting sim, you will be able to see the call recording feature in call settings.

No, you are absolutely wrong. I am still using US SIM card and I haven't used Pakistani SIM at all.
