Mic issues in A12

Hi

I have recently purchased Samsung A12 and observed that on a phone call or WhatsApp when ever speaker feature is used the voice to receipt is breaking or receipt is unable to hear my voice due to low voice

I have checked all settings and all looks good is this known issue?
