Mic Issue

Hi members.

I am using Galaxy A31.

I am facing a problem.

While on telephonic calls, when I on the speaker, its mic got off, or the other person stops listening my voice.

Whats the issue.

What is solution

uncover the upper mic which is located on the top side of mobile.
so clear the mic hole with any pin or with the help of needle so voice can pass through mic hole.
