When I am using handsfree 🎧 on my Samsung galaxy a70📱, during it if my phone rings up for a call 📞 and I attend it then I remove my handsfree from my phone automatically it doesn't change media sound to speaker instead it still shows that handsfree are plugged-in and unable to play sound 🔊through speaker🔇 moreover mic stops working and I cant listen through speaker, neither on ear nor on loudspeaker and the voice is not transmitted to the caller, phone also gets hanged.
First check of any moisture or carbon issue, try changing the hands-free as it may not compatible ( some time hands-free works fine even if less compatible but results such an issue.) Hands-free has 3 connectors power, mic & speaker. Their gap between these 3 connectors make them compatible. Incompatible hands-free cases short circuit or malfunction
Hi, I am also facing same issue, if I get a call while video is running, mic and speaker will crash. Every time I have to restart the device in order to fix this issue.
Let me know if you have found permenant fix for this.
