Lock Screen Notifications

AOA,

Can anyone help/Guide regarding this issue I m facing on my newly bought A26 5G phone. When screen is locked and off Notifications doesn't showup on screen. All settings are allowed but still doesn't work. 

I visited Samsung Service Centre in Blue Area they also checked, tested, tried every possible settings then finally said we have to refresh its operating system their must be some glitch so after reinstalling software it will start working so they reinstalled OS. 

Still Notifications doesn't show up on locked screen and now one more related feature also not working which is Flash Screen Notifications, When screen is off and locked its sceen doesn't flash or light up on Notifications.

Agar aap aesaa karna hee chahtaay hoo tou jon see bhi aap keh notifications screen par chahiye notifications mein jao wahan saay on kar loo show on lock screen

Facing same issue, no WhatsApp notification

screen does not wakeup while recieving notifocations its a software problem of one ui
install glimpse notification from play store this will fix issue
