How to prevent live notification like of sports and system notifications like of charging from clearing in one ui7? The clear button clears all notifications

Long press on any notification, the settings icon will appear. Tap on that and set notification limits from there, for that specific app only.

And to remove only that notification, without clearing others, just swipe left or right to remove that notification

What if I want to clear rest of the notifications but not that one . Is there anyway to lock it?

No there isn't. But by default, all notifications are grouped. For example if you want to save notification from facebook but also have 90+ notifications from WhatsApp, all of those will be in same group and you can simple clear them all by just swiping the group only and your fb notification will be saved. But if you are willing to save any specific notification from WhatsApp where there already are 90+ WhatsApp notifications, then there is no way. Btw even in 90+ notifications from WhatsApp, if 50+ of them are from any single chat, they all will be under one subheading, meaning you'll only have to swipe one time to clear all 50 notifications from that single chat.
