Lagging and hacking issue A31

My galaxy A31 is hacking and lagging too much. Some body else also face this issue. Kindly A31 user comment. I also reset yesterday but not solve. Kindly solve my issue or tell me how i can solve this issue. Thanks

Mera galaxy a31 b slow and laggy hota he sometimes. But biggest problem is the app switching. 4gb of ram even can't switch between 2 apps. Thats the biggest issue i am facing. Purchased in December 2020
