Since I installed software verision 5.1, my cell no longer vibrates. If anyone knows how to solve this problem

5.1 is last years version. When did you install it?

It was on auto update, then it was updated on November 30 and as soon as the update was done, the vibration mode was disabled۔

Try changing the vibration intensity and pattern. It might help

I tried many times and power off many times but even that didn't turn on the vibration mode, now I'm waiting for the next version.

Ok just give a last try. Go to bixby routine and add a routine;

If incoming call or msg
And (+) Phoenix is on vibrate
Then
Vibrate the phone.

Waiting for 2023 last update after this your issue solve inshallah... mere saath b same bug tha ab ok hogya hai main patak patak k phone ki vibration 📳 ko on krta tha ab pataa chalaa k software issue hai befikr ho jy hojyega hl yh maslaaa.
