If your phone gets hot significantly while fast charging then don't. Keep phone at a cool place phone at 47 is not not good.

Do keep in mind that Samsung's 25/45W super-fast charging does not mean the charger will push all 25/45 watts a once to the phone.
The charger and the phone communicate with each other in real time through the c-to-c charging cable.
It'll dial down the charging speed to even 5W when it thinks it's getting too hot for the battery to handle or the charge level is sufficient enough.
Just make sure you use a supported PD charger with the Type c-to-c charging cable
