Heating issue and secure folder backup

Hey guys how do I stop the heating issue of my phone? I bought it a year ago it's a A32 and it hears up alot and the battery goes down quite quickly. 

Plus I want to factory rest my phone and I'm worried ill lose everything in my secure folder. How do I back it up?
