Gallery Issue

My samsung A15 is not playing videos in gallery. When I try to play video in my gallery of phone it shows this type file is not supported.

Can any one have idea about this. Can anybody help me about this issue?

Look brother, after a major update in any device, you should do reset your device for smooth, tension, lag, error free experience.

One thing, Your file format you want to play may be not supported in Samsung vedio player?

No these are simple vides taken by phone camera and download from you tube. My video player is not working the problem is this.
The audio is played behind the video but video player is not opening them.
Reset means all my data will be gone🥲

then reset device.
