Gallery Issue

My samsung A15 is not playing videos in gallery. When I try to play video in my gallery of phone it shows this type file is not supported.

Can any one have idea about this. Can anybody help me about this issue?

Ab koi bhi video kisi bhi player mein open ni ho rhi.
Ye sab sy bra msla hy jaisy hi video open kro sirf voice ati video ni.

It is because the video is of high quality and A15 only support 1440p so anything of more quality will no show or work with Samsung video player use a third party pkayer

Which kind of video format you play in samsung gallery? Samsung gallery only allow to play (.mp4) format simple.
