Only if depth sensor isn't clean
Keep all lenses clean and it won't bother with focus again

Kind of yes in that case. The subject requires to be brought in focus manually for videos if not done automatically.

Not edited, but yes I used another macro lens over the actual macro lens of the phone for the picture above.
