Plz do let me know that what Samsung has officially discontinued the software update for Galaxy A31? Because last update was provided in February 2024 for the same model.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 is eligible for two security updates per year. Samsung releases security updates for its devices on a monthly, quarterly, or biannual basis.
The Galaxy A31 was originally released with Android 10 and One UI 2.1, and can be upgraded to Android 12 with One UI 4.1.
Samsung phones are now guaranteed to receive seven years of security updates and seven generations of OS upgrades.
I have also heard that two security updates will be provided to A31 per year. As I mentioned earlier that last update was issued in February 2024. Since that, there is no another update provided and I am still waiting. But I don't know why it isn't being delivered.
