I have Galaxy a03s and it is updated to latest version.But I'm not sure why fingerprint never works. It works one in a while and do not add new Fingerprints biometrics. I'm sure that the sensor is ok but problem is in software because it happened may time in past after a auodate but Samsung used to fix this issue very soon. But it's been more than a month the fingerprint sensor is not working at all. I request Samsung to address this issue as soon as possible because it is wey inconvenient to dial the pin again and again after geetig habitual to the privilege of fingerprint sensor.
