I have bought Galaxy A71 just two days before and now I have gotten software update pop up by installing the April security patch My Galaxy A71 model's fingerprint is not working properly.
Even my phone isn't registering fingerprints

please help me to get out of this issue as soon as possible..

clear cache for this power off mobile then press power+volume up button simultaneously then clear cache
