It's need calibrated but I don't know how do it please help me

Hello milad999,

 

We recommend checking the results by testing under Samsung Members > Get help > Support > Diagnostics > View tests > Fingerprint recognition. If the result is "Fingerprint scanner working normally", there is nothing wrong with the sensor.


You can try the following steps for the problem;


• Make sure the Fingerprint sensor on your device is clean. (You can clean the circular fingerprint sensor with a clean and soft cloth.)


• Make sure that no accessories on your device are blocking the fingerprint sensor.
• An error may have occurred while defining your Fingerprint to your device or it may not be fully defined. We recommend that you remove the registered fingerprints and re-identify the fingerprint.

 

If you still have the same problems after trying the above steps, please send us a bug report on the Samsung Members app for our review. The Samsung Members team will check through your device's software and get back to you through the app. You can send a bug report via the Samsung Members application by following the steps in the link below.

try deleting the fingerprint location, if not, try resetting your phone.

Merhaba. Cihazı sıfırlamanı tavsiye ederim. Ayarlar> genel yönetim> sıfırla> fabrika ayarlarına sıfırla.
Sıfırlama işleminden sonra sorun düzelmez ise kontrol edilmesi için cihazı Samsung yetkili servis merkezine teslim et servis bilgisi için Samsung müşteri hizmetlerini ara. 4447711

Türk olduğum için Türkçe yazıyorum Yabancı dil bilmiyorum. Ama kısmen Anladığım kadarıyla sanırım yazılımla ilgili yazılım güncellemeleri hakkında bir sorun yaşıyor gibi.
