Most of the bugs are removed in this update, it's a very good update after UI 6.0. Performance and battery seems to be better than UI 6 aslo. Finally Samsung home UI animations are working like apple and Oppo. Its for the first time Samsung got so much improved and complete animations.
If you're running UI 6, do update as soon as possible as it's a good update and provide good battery backup without heating issue.
But if you're running UI 5.1 till now, don't update to UI 6.1, as there are still some bugs present in Android 14 and almost zero (1 or 2 but not life changing) features are added in A52s.
