1.go to device care and tap on battery,battery settings and check if fast charging has been disabled. 2.if not disabled then try restarting your phone and make sure that ur cable has fit well on the charging port(remove the casing if necessary) 3.ensure you are using the original cable and plug for the phone. 4.try resetting ur phone(when no any other of alternatives remain as a solution) Hope it all works😊
