I’m facing a charging issue with my mobile. If the battery is completely drained and I connect the charger, I get a moisture alert, even though there is no moisture at all the phone is completely dry. The cable is fine, and the charging port is clean.
When I turn the phone on and unlock it, charging does start, but it's usually slow.
If the battery is not fully drained, but below 15%, and I plug in the charger, the phone often charges slowly. However, if I disconnect and reconnect the cable once or twice, fast charging starts.
All of this started happening after a UI update. If any one else faced this issue and solved this please share.
Wait for next Security update may be our issue resolved after update.. facing same issue.. i recomend you to use simple charger not fast charger until new update
