I bought a new Galaxy A53 2 months ago and its speaker is making distortion audio and many of the apps crashes while opening even i updated the software, Anyone please who can guide or refer the solution ?
Bro first of all diagnose. Open member app navigate to support tab that is lower right hand side. Then under my device and registered device. There is phone diagnostic. Click that and diagnose your device. If every thing is OK. And also shows any type of error. Take a screen shot and reset your device. Don't forget to take backup using smart switch on external device may b on USB. After it problem should b solved other wise contact samsung support for help.
