My date of first call made is 22/05/2023 and Samsung warranty check website is showing that device is out of warranty

Then what is mean by date of first call made

These phones are called active. Shop keepers or distributor tepack them after activation (first time on & off) and mark them sold to meet their monthly target bonuses. These phones are mostly 1vto 3 months of short of warranty
