Dailing Pad showing Connection Problem or Invalid IMM Code on dailing any code

When ever I dial any thing on dial pad it show a problem which is like " Connection Problem or Invalid IMM Code" And many a times i am not receiving call on one of the SIM card but can make a call and use mobile network on same sim. 

Please help me.

Is there anyone other who is getting same problem?

What is meant by " Connection Problem or Invalid IMM Code"???

Your sim connection is not getting server so turn on airplane mode or eject sim from phone and pit it again
