Clearing Cache

I could clear the cache in my phone after going to 'Device Care' & then 'Storage', but since a couple of days or so, that option is not showing up! Why is this? And how can I clear it delete the cache or any unnecessary data?

This option is temporarily removed by samsung after a small update.
the reason behind that was China's qihoo 360 storage scanner snatching files from storage.
