So I have come up with a strange problem that when I with official Samsung charger and cable try to charge my A15 it doesn't but the charger and lead are fine they work well with other phones,it is not fast charging my mobile .
Facing exact same issue. If i turn off fast charging in settings then phone charges but it takes way long to charge. With fast charging on it just stops charging after 2/3 percent. I think it is because of temperature these days. Phones overheat easily in current climate. But 25 watt is already considered slow in this day and age. If our phones can't handle 25 watts during summer then it's a big let down. I thought I was the only on facing this issue on my A15 but I have seen others complain too. I thought about changing charger but that charger works fine on other devices. Just my A15 is struggling with fast charging. It's a shame we won't be able to use fast charging during summer. I turned off a lot of background processing stuff, location, data. But still no workaround. I thought the new update might solve the issue but still facing same issue. Without fast charging on it charges at a speed of 10 watt charger which is not ideal especially after considering the amount Samsung charges on their phones.
