Charging Problem

Samsung A15 2024 is having a lot of problems, when I connect the charger there is very slow charging and along with it the automatic touch screen keeps happening, sometimes the % doesn't increase, this is exactly the problem in my friend's mobile. Also coming, we both have same mobile. Please let me know if there is any solution.

Same problem, Go to service center, They says : it's a software issue, solved in may updates.... So i am waiting for updates.. You may also go to service center and share your experience what they said?
