Charging Issue

Hi I have samsung A30, when i plugged in its original charger than it didn't charging battery, even it seems that charger is not connected. I try another Samsung original charger of A50 the problem was same so it mean the charging doesn't pass through original charger. When I change adapter than it charge device very slowly and i see notification " check your charger connection". The battery also reduces charging when the phone is not in use. Please help me what is the solution? I have 8 months warranty remaining. Thanks

try restarting your mobile, than charge with the original charger. may this solve.

it work for the ist time when I face this problem. now i restart my phone many time the problem still exist.

if it's not charging even with the other charger, take your mobile to the service centre 👍🏼

yes I have decided to take it to Samsung service centre
