Camera problem

why my samsung galaxy a70 front camera not zooming in our out.? it gives an error that "cant zoom in or out in this mode"

while i tried all the methods and modes. it is not working.

secondly it is working in all third party apps like instagram and snapchat etc.

if someone knows the solution of my answer please reply.

brother switch to another mode..there are 3 or 4(I don't remember exactly)modes given with the capture button.switch to photo mode or auto focus then try
