Camera issue

my camera app doesnt work on the Galaxy A04s. whenever i open the app it shows camera failed. i tried clearing data and reset the settings still it doesn't work. Can anyone help me out with it

yes I've tried restarting the phone, clearing data and also reset the settings nothing worked

I think factory reset can only fix this as some third-party app is hindering the app to load
