You need to download wallpaper changer app from Google play store

In pakistan only lock screen automatically changing not wallpaper

You would have to install a third-party app for that purpose. Search the Play Store; you can find a free one.

Unfortunately, Samsung does not provide this feature as readily as other brands like Xiaomi or Realme, so a third-party app may be necessary.
