Auto Restart A51

Anyone else facing the problem of auto restart in Samsung A51? First it hangs for a while, then restarts. Or anyone know the solution?

Yup, bro first of all close all the apps then force restart (by pressing the vol down and power off key for 10 sec, once the phone vibrate and show the logo then release the keys)
If still not help , then try to reset setting you setting (for this go to reset then reset the setting) .

Ya software issue or hardware issue
I prefer to hard reset its not factory reset

Once Logo appears , release the buttons and do wipe factory data option in menu using vol up and down keys and power key
