I have sumsang galaxy a12. How to lock all phone apps in this mobile because S Secure app is not supported in my a12.. What I do?

I have sumsung galaxy A14 and I have forgotten my password but the phone is getting open by my face I'd kindly tell me how to recover my application password

If you can unlock it from face unlock, backup all your data as soon as possible because after 72 Hours you will again require screen lock password to unlock your phone, face unlock will stop after 72 hours. And only solution is to reset it using your Google/SAMSUNG ID.
