My mobile is Samsung A52s. Jab say yeh One UI 6.0 update ki hai apps crash kr rhi aur cell ajeeeb behave ker rha. Koi bta skta isko kesey resolve krun. Memory clean. Restart ... sb kuch ker kay dekh lia. Help me

Yes. Factory reset.

Make habit to reset Samsung phones every 5-6 months, specially after every major update.

And what is the best way to save all the files? Accountd etc?

For sim messages and few apps .. use smart switch,

For WhatsApp ... Best way is to copy complete WhatsApp folder in flash/laptop, and then copy again into same directory after reset

For Data (pics videos) .. best way is to copy all media items in laptop/flash drive

For contacts ... Use Google account

Try not to keep useless things while resetting like memes, junk files.. try to keep mobile clean. And always try NOT to backup apps, because backing up apps and then restoring them Also cause issues.
