Apps like whatsapp allow you to lock it. If u need a lock for selected apps you'll have to download a 3rd party app

To lock your apps on a Samsung Galaxy A54 without using the Secure Folder feature, you can make use of a third-party app from the Google Play Store. There are several app-locking applications available that allow you to password-protect or fingerprint-lock individual apps on your device. Here's a general guide on how to do it:

1. Go to the Google Play Store on your Galaxy A54.
2. Search for an app-locking application like "AppLock" or "Norton App Lock".
3. Install the chosen app and open it.
4. Set up a passcode or pattern lock within the app.Select the apps you want to lock.
5. Save the changes, and the selected apps will now be locked.

Remember to follow the specific instructions provided by the app-locking application you choose.

Hi... you can use 3rd party apps from the Play Store for this. But before you select an app, make sure to check the requested permissions by the app. Dont allow If any unwanted permissions request by the app. Also read few reviews of the app on play store. which will help to you select a good one 😀
