I am not able to turn on or off usb debugging or wireless debugging in developer mode.Is anyone facing the same issue?

Connect to pc, then see if it is available

Restarted 2 times.turned off and on developer mode but problem is not resolved.

If it is very important, then you can factory reset to see if it works. If it is not important, then you should ignore it and use as it is.
