Finally I updated my device but manually. Android 14 One UI 6 for the Samsung A72 mobile in Russia was rolled out in January 2024 And downloaded from Google the same Firmware and installed it through the computer.
Right now we don't need updates for Samsung A72. Stupid policy Samsung
