Galaxy AHey HarrySaeed, I haven’t personally run into that exact issue, but it sounds like the adaptive lockscreen feature might behave differently in preview versus the actual lock screen. Sometimes a software update or clearing the lockscreen cache can help. You could also try restarting the phone or checking if any theme or widget is interfering. Hopefully someone who’s experienced it can share a more specific fix!
