A71 UI 2.5

Why I didn't receive UI 2.5 update for my A71?? I also tried manually but it says your software is up to date

settings > apps> three dots top right> show system apps> at bottom you will find apps..tap on it> storage> clear data and caches

then try it...
turn off phone > give it few seconds > press and hold up volume button > press power button and release it when you will see Samsung logo but keep on holding volume button until you see another screen..
scroll down by volume down button> you will see option " wipe cache/ clear cashes

Will it clear all my phone's data?? Do I need to backup of my storage??

wipe caches by pressing power button and finally reboot device..again check update on a stable Internet connection

dont select "wipe data" option during clearing caches...

wiped cache by above mentioned steps, but still no result 😢 😞
