Why I didn't receive UI 2.5 update for my A71?? I also tried manually but it says your software is up to date

your current software is configured correctly..
clear cache data of phone and try again manually..

I got the notification of ui 2.5 3 days ago, but I was busy and I tap on Later download, when I checked today it says software is up to date.

Might be it get updated. But u didn,t realize. Go to software version and check there. It will be showing you one ui version 2.5

secondly, if your phone is not getting latest update then try "Smart switch" computer application..
last but not least, what is your phone original CSC ?
