Bro, I agree with you. One UI is considered to be one of the best UI. But in reality too much software bugs are reported in Samsung phones. I personally experienced some annoying software issues with Samsung phones. I guess Flagship series user nowadays aren't fully satisfied with Samsung phone either. Anyway visit Samsung service center for assistance.
