Pretty right!
Pixel density is lil less due to smaller increase in screen size. But 12000 are not only for this but a telephoto lens(8MP).

Its about personal preference whether you want those minor things or not but A52 is more value for money and obviously a better deal.

Go with A52 I feel its best value for money, it will have a good samsung support softwarw wise with monthly security updates.

Go for A72 if you required large display and Telephoto camera for zoomin, samsung will only provide quaterly security updates
