A51 Battery drains fast, even when not used

Hi, is my new A51 faulty or can this be resolved with an update, have not experienced a phone of any brand draining so fast, the phone was delivered 2 weeks ago. Drained 30+ % overnight and battery do not hold long when phone is used

is there any network signal issue in your area? phone btry drain fast when shifting from 2g 3g 4g....

might be due to background apps.... active medium power optimization option .and close sync ,& location option and all wireless option,( data connection, wifi,hotspot)

Hi, Thank you for your interest. Please go to mobile settings, select the option 'device management'. Make sure your device is 'optimized'. After that open 'memory' and 'storage' options and clear them. This should help to improve the battery time of your Samsung smartphone.
