Notifications - Do not disturb - Hide notifications

I am not sure if it's a bug or I am doing something dumb. Basically, I was trying to create a custom "routine" called gaming which turns on "Do not disturb" mode whenever I launch any game. But the "pop-up notifications" don't seem to stop. Anyone please explain?

And yes, I did tried to restart my phone but it didn't fixed it

Solution:
Set the "messages" to "none" in "Allow during Do not Disturb"

Notifications - Do not disturb - Allow during Do not disturb

You can disable pop-up notification without using Do Not Disturb Mode by Game Launcher. Go into Game Launcher settings, and set notifications to silent. This will disable pop-up notification for all notificationsScreenshot_20221216_211952_Settings.jpg

Kindly read again carefully setting shows 'do not show pop-up' so you Will keep that ON if you don't want pop-up notification.

Other than that. You can achieve all these things using game launcher also.

I tried on A52s. It's working good. Maybe it's a bug in A32 software or some double settings flaw.
You can try to fix by clearing data of Do Not Disturb from Mobile settings>apps> show system apps. Maybe this will fix that Issue.

I figured it out, I had "messages" set to "all" because i thought if I set it to "none", it will not show me notifications from important contacts etc
Apparently, the messages setting was over writing the pop-up permission.
But now that I have set it to "none" i don't get popups but I do get the notifications (just as I wanted :D)
It was just me being dumb ;-;
