Hi. Why my galaxy A13 is not getting android 13? Please some one confirm that does this phone have one UI core version?

Here in Pakistan A13 is not being updated to android 13. Can you tell me when I will be able to get this update? And after updating this phone will the ui be updated to ui5 and will it remain the core version?
