A07 software voice input issue

As per company the corrupt software update of A07 have put all the phones world wide unfit for voice messages in whatsapp etc. 

Company said that new update will remove this fault but has not launched yet nor any date provided by the company.

Samsung is selling this model without informing the customer about this issue and scamming customers worldwide.

Tried but no use , company says wait till they make a new update as everyone facing same issue.

Yes facing the same issue with WhatsApp voice notes ... Had a daubt that the mic is not working properly but on call people hearing my voice clearly... But on WhatsApp volume is very less

Is it of any use to go too Samsung customer care. Just bought the phone a month ago so it's still in warranty. Can you please suggest?

No use ! I have tried every channel. Everyone is helpless.

Sad to hear that. I prefer it over redmi 15c ... It's in the same budget with slightly better battery, screen, camera and other specs but Samsung has larger network and good quality after market parts available that's why chosen this one but it feels that it's not upto the mark in performance
