Worst battery backup on OneUI 6.0 Beta

This OneUI 6.0 Beta is turning my already poor battery backup phone (Galaxy S22 Base) into a garbage. I know, I know, it's a beta software and bugs are to be expected. But this is beyond bugs. My phone has turned into a mini heater. It's hot most of the time, even in my pocket I can feel the warmth. Fully charged at 11am today. At around 3pm, battery is down to 40 percent. All I did was make 2 or 3 calls each lasting about 3 minutes at most. All these in battery saving mode.

I would rate this beta 0 out of 10 in terms of battery backup.

Planning to roll back to OneUI 5.1 

Even when the stable version is out, I will not installed it until I am sure that the battery problem is resolved.

@tonyStárk Hello Dude, I am not sure why is your battery draining so fast considering the usage pattern you've mentioned. I'm using the S22 base with OneUI 6.0 Beta for like a week now and I've not experienced the battery issue to the extend you're telling. In my opinion a factory reset will definitely help. Or else their's always option of rolling back.

I will still wait for a week for the battery to settle down. If there's no improvement, I will be back to square one - OneUI 5.1 😅

Bro, my phone is getting hot even with normal usage like calls, texting, etc. 😪 So, no heating issue for you?

No dude.. not at all.. my usage is like this.. I go to office at 10 and connect the bluetooth right away. The mobile data is ON till 6 pm. Browse the internet, spotify, youtube, insta, etc and it left me with 40% at 6 pm.. everything used from battery. Of course i use to get a few more % when I was using oneUI 5.1....like I said, try the factory reset. There should be a malware or something causing the problem.

My Bluetooth is also on all the time as I am using Galaxy Watch. I backup my whole phone to Samsung cloud and reset my phone today. So far it's doing great.
