Warranty Denial for Samsung Q70C TV

I recently purchased a Samsung Q70C TV in Pakistan (just three weeks ago), and unfortunately, it has already developed stuck/dead pixels. Given how new and expensive this TV is, this issue is extremely disappointing.

I reached out to Samsung’s official service center, expecting them to honor the manufacturer’s warranty. However, instead of addressing the problem under warranty, the representative suggested an out-of-warranty repair, which I found completely unacceptable.

This is not the level of customer service I expected from Samsung, and I’m frustrated that a high-end product like this is not being supported properly.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with Samsung TVs and warranty claims for dead pixels? What steps can I take to escalate this further? Any advice or contacts that could help get this resolved would be greatly appreciated!
